Dear KirQ

Thank you so much for your comment! I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed this piece.

While writing this, I did a lot of research and spent a good deal of time reflecting on the difference between "perfection" and "the pursuit of perfection," as well as the philosophical questions that arise along that journey. Egyptian mythology happens to be a domain I’m especially familiar with, so writing this felt right in my element!

Thanks again for your kind words and support—I'll keep working hard to bring you more good work!

the final one, hello and thank you sam! (14/15)

Well, a piece from my distant ZH cousin, Sam, to wrap up the anthology?? (I swear I didn't deliberately leave you for last, wink wink.)

I've already asked a bit about the historical context behind this piece and got an explanation, so I won't go into that here. Instead, I'll focus on the tropes and how you executed the article. The concept of a vengeful entity isn't exactly new, but I think you did a great job with the body horror (is this the power of an actual doctor irl?). That gif at the end genuinely startled me, you sneaky little goose lol. Even though it's a short-form piece, I can still understand the pain behind its background and history. I feel you.

Thanks for writing this!

This piece gave me a lot to think about, as the idea behind it was quite difficult for me to fully understand (though that might be because I'm reading it through a translator).

While reading, I was reminded a little of I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream. I know the tropes aren't exactly the same, but the difficulties in communication felt somewhat similar to me.

Regardless, that's one upvote from me as a show of support. I hope to see more of your work in the future!

A long-form article amidst a feast of short-form works. Holy shit, you absolutely nailed it, Semi!

Everything, from the characters and setting to the anomaly concept, is presented so masterfully through each offset that I just couldn't stop reading. I genuinely had to turn off my background music just to fully immerse myself in this piece.

If I had to recommend a ZH article that demonstrates how to weave a tale format into scp article, I'd introduce this one to my VN friends without hesitation. This deserves so much more than just one upvote.

Hmm, a piece about the moon! Personally, I've read quite a few works with this theme in the EN branch, but never one from another branch, so it's nice to see an author exploring it hehe.

The way you wrote this piece in such a mysterious manner (I'm pretty sure that was intentional) helps create a sense of dread when faced with the vastness of outer space. Humans fear what they don't understand, and this seems to be one such case for the Foundation as well.

I'm not entirely sure about the final dialogue since I had to rely on an automatic translator, but I think you did a good job building everything up from the beginning to that point. Upvote from me :3

First of all, congratulations on turning a “ghost story” into an SCP document! As an international reader like myself, I really appreciate getting to learn about your country's culture through your work.

I also partly agree with Control Z's point that explaining the anomaly in the description takes away some of its horror. You could consider learning from how Class of 76 showcases anomalous properties through exploration logs and gradually reveals information across different addenda, rather than presenting everything to the reader so directly. I think that would add a little extra spice and give readers more reasons to keep reading!

As for my other thoughts, you did a pretty good job with the body horror, as well as the format screw and the effects at the end of the article. I'm not exactly a fanboy of these techniques, but considering that the story is based on a ghost story, I'd say you pulled them off decently well.

That's one upvote from me. Thanks for writing this! (Also, your Wikidot avatar looks really nice. bangdream gang stays strong together)

The first thing I want to say is, nice formatting! Edward_Knave is an author I'd describe as having extensive knowledge across various fields, so when I saw them exploring the topic of the universe, I knew this wasn't going to be just another cosmic horror story, but something much more knowledge-intensive and theoretical in scope! And that certainly proved to be the case here: a horrifying picture painted through the lens of science. Thank you for writing this!

It's always a pleasure to come across another article that uses image hook as part of its storytelling. I'd say this piece shares some similarities with SCP-ZH-932, particularly in its portrayal of human exploitation in the workplace, but both works have their own unique strengths. The direct mention of environmental pollution caused by gas emissions also makes the story particularly compelling to me. Good job!

I genuinely have to admire the author's talent and writing style. The way you skillfully weave together egyptian mythology, scp elements, character, and worldbuilding is simply remarkable. Everything is executed at such a high level that all I can do is sit back and enjoy how the skip go. This is my favorite entry for anthology this year.
